Thank you so much to It's A Win Win Catering. I called them with very little notice to cater an out of town rehearsal dinner for a friend of mine.
Their response was, "We've got you".
They were so accommodating and patient. We had falling severely behind finishing up the wedding rehearsal. They had already set up the food in the dining area, and waited patiently for us to finish. They kept the food warm and fresh. What warmed my heart is that they didn't appear irritated with us for being late to arrive. Instead, they greeted us all with love and smiles.
.... oh, and the food was amazing! The taco bar and shrimp and grits were a huge hit!

Special thanks to Win-Win Catering and Staff for an excellent tasty and delicious meal that was catered today for WORD Ministeries 32nd Founders Day Anniversary! !! We had the best seafood, scallops, shrimp, three kinds of fish, hush puppies, red rice, crab patties, string beans, fried chicken, delicious deserts, raspberry ice tea. We were tasked with putting together our pastor's retirement party with 3 weeks notice during the height of wedding season. Thankfully for us, It's A Win-Win Catering/Staffing was available for our catering needs. What started out as a party for 250 quickly increased to 300, then 350... Win and his team took it in strides. Not only did they jump at the chance to accommodate, they kept us calm in the process. The food was excellent. My family and I did a tasting on my birthday and I must say, Win did not disappoint! First of all, I do not like grits at all but I ate every bit of the shrimp and grits because they were beyond delicious! Win completely changed my opinion about grits! Not only that, my family enjoyed every bite as well. But then the seafood low country boil with crab legs, shrimp and veggies were TO DIE FOR! My entire family could not stop commenting on how great the food was. Absolutely fantastic food! But on top of the food, Win and his wife were absolutely wonderful! I needed a caterer for New Year's Eve 2019 gala at my clubhouse and was not sure how to go about it. After calling several caterers, I got Mr. Win Meadows on the phone. He spoke to me about everything that we would need to make our party a success and even met with our committee and served us samples. We went with signature crabcakes, turkey, dressing, grilled vegetables, rice pilaf, and fruit platter, as well as meatball tasters and spring rolls.Win's staff showed up on time and set up a most impressive buffet arrangement. They were courteous and attentive to every detail. Afterwards they set the tons of extra food on the counter, cleaned up all of their things, and even broom swept the floor! I can’t express how much gratitude I have for Chef Win. He won over the hearts and stomachs of everyone at my wedding! My beautiful friends got Chef Win to cook for us on our first night pre wedding dinner and post wedding brunch. The dinner was delicious! Rice Pilaf, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, rib eye, coleslaw, salad and fixins. Everyone loved it especially my picky eaters! Brunch was even better than dinner!
