Irreplaceable Events

If I could give less than 1 star, I totally would! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - they will do nothing for you except give you a migraine you won't be able to shake. .. and they'll probably ruin your wedding day/special event as well.

I've been waiting a really long time to write this review because I like to give companies (especially smaller businesses like this one) the benefit of the doubt. However, the conduct of Irreplaceable Events is inexcusable. We hired this company for my sister's wedding back in October 2021. They were supposed to set up a photobooth, give us electronic access to everyone's pictures after the event, as well as send a "hard copy" photo book with everyone's photo booth pictures.

After the wedding the company began ghosting us. After I reached out we were confronted with a horrible admin who accused me of being a liar of the services we paid for. I had to practically beg them for the electronic access to the photos. Once I finally got in touch with Alyxzandira, the owner, she assured me that she would send/mail the photo book ASAP. Months and months go without any photo book. They have still been ghosting us. It's been almost a year and other than being called a fraud and being ghosted, this company has done absolutely nothing for us except put quite the damper on my sister's big day.

PLEASE consider other companies for your special event. Their services are not novel by any means. You're better off with someone else's services. More...

My wedding was on August 6. I hired them for my photobooth. As many of the previous negative reviews notated, Aly was very responsive to me before my wedding (especially when trying to get the contract signed). On my wedding day, they were suppose to arrive around 5:45 for set up for 3 hours of full service Photo Booth. They didn’t arrive until 9pm. I texted Aly multiple times, and got no help. Finally around 8-9pm I got an answer that the attendant got into a fender bender. I was extremely understanding and was just glad everybody was safe. I only got 1 hour of the promised full 3 hours of service.

Post wedding, Aly agreed to refund me immediately (I have email proof). Till this day, I haven’t seen a penny refunded to me and I have emailed follow up multiple times. It was also promised an email of all the photos, and I still haven’t seen any of it.

Luckily part of my deposit was through a credit card so I have already filed a dispute. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this type of communication is unacceptable. More...

My husband and I hired Irreplaceable Events photobooth service for our wedding 8/20/2022. The communication up to that point was very slow. Ivy (the assistant that showed up) arrived more than 30 minutes late. She then took forever to try to set up. She started blaming the venue & wedding planner for lack of power, which we already told them we had 30 amps, and the photobooth vendor only required 10 amps. Our caterer offered to let them borrow their extension cable to get power from another source, but she refused. Then the venue owner offered to let them borrow their generator, which they also refused because they said they didn’t want their technology to fry. This venue has had multiple photobooth vendors that needed even more power and has had no issues until irreplaceable events. They also did not do a site visit like our venue owner has suggested so they could’ve checked everything beforehand.

They brought the wrong backdrop from what I have requested, and I also did not receive a scrapbook as promised. They ended up not being able to set up at all so they were gonna leave. They asked my wedding planner where the bride (me) was, but my wedding planner and other vendors said to not bother the bride as it’s her wedding day and she should not be stressing out about this. But the photobooth vendor had the audacity to go against my wedding planner and also my wedding party to go up to me on the dance floor and started complaining how her setup was not working and that my wedding planner was not being helpful. The photobooth vendor was being incredibly rude and stressing me out as I was confused as to what was happening and kept telling her to talk to my wedding planner as she is suppose to be helping me handle this situation.

She then left and on the way out just told my wedding planner that the bride wanted to talk to her.

I emailed and facebook messaged Aly (the photobooth owner) about the situation and requested a full refund because I did not receive any services, but they were ignoring me until I said I would go through legal services. Then I started getting a response. They said their iPad was broken from our wedding, which made no sense as Ivy said she couldn’t get things working right when she arrived. Ivy also told us that they had a similar situation the previous week at a wedding too. Meaning they already had tech troubles and did not fix it before coming to my wedding.

I decided to write this review as Aly promised to give me a full refund through Zelle on Friday (8/26) but I have yet to receive it. I’ve sent multiple follow ups and have not received a response. I hope no one else has to go through with this stressful situation like my husband and I had.
