When my fiancé, now husband, and I were looking for someone to take our engagement photos we were looking around for a photographer based in Columbus, Ohio. When we both looked at Irish Eyes Photography's facebook and website we were both in awe. My, now husband, is a photographer and model himself told me that hands down we had to go with Irish Eyes Photography. We contacted Erin and she was friendly, easy going, and quick to respond. Due to the nature of our wedding, elope style, we needed her within a short time period and close to the holidays. She was more that willing to accommodate us. When we met Erin she was fun, personable, energetic, and knew exactly what we wanted, and exactly what she wanted. My husband and I are expecting our second child and have a unique situation. Erin was wonderful during the entire process. She worked to fit us in on short notice and accommodate us in anyway. My husband and I are both uncomfortable getting our photos taken but it was important that we have these memories with our daughters. She was patient and encouraging helping me pick out outfits that I wouldn’t have chosen otherwise. Wow, what can I say about Erin....I have THE most wonderful photos of my baby that I will truly cherish forever. I had a miserable delivery that put my baby in the NICU for a week. I immediately called Erin and told her I wanted pictures of the baby and she was willing to come to the hospital and photograph him right there in the NICU. She captured something I can't even explain.... how can you put into words that first day you become a mother and meet your baby? I am so fortunate to have that day (well, the second day as I was too drugged to even hold my baby that first day!) in a set of photographs. This will NOT be our last time using Erin... she is "family" now and will definitely be there as our family grows!!! More...

Erin photographed my wedding this past November. She took the time to meet with me several times prior to the wedding (even with both our crazy schedules! ) and answered every phone-call/email/text when I had questions or to verify what was happening. She was there all day (part of the package we paid for), and did a fantastic job! She was easy to work with and also got along great with everyone in the wedding party. Wonderful experience working with them. I am a first time mom and didn’t really know what to expect for a newborn shoot. So many choices for props! Our little Charlotte was less then thrilled with the idea of being posed and having her photo taken. Erin with Irish Eyes shot my wedding on June 21, 2014 - and I couldn't be happier! We joked that it was fate that she was able to shoot our wedding - we met Erin through my sister who worked with her in a non-profit organization. Erin had just had a wedding cancel on our date, so we got REALLY lucky!

From the very first meeting my husband and I had with Erin to talk about what she offers, until the very end of my wedding - Erin was absolutely AMAZING! After talking to us for such a short time she had already envisioned several (beautiful) ideas.

Our wedding came quickly - and I was pretty stressed the day of the wedding. We booked Erin & her team all day. Erin met us at our hotel and set up and got to work. One thing after another seemed to go wrong during my perfect day...and she didn't skip a beat. We even had a very important item BREAK before we even made it to the church, and Erin sent one of her photographers to WalMart to grab some super glue to help out!

The entire time Erin was either reassuring that everything would be great, or telling me how beautiful I was (I mean SO many things ended up going wrong) or capturing every single moment of our wedding with the most beautiful photos I've ever seen! There were a few photos that should honestly have been featured in a bridal magazine :)
