About

I am a Soul Invigoration Guide, Invigorative Lifestyle Guide, as well as an Animal Healologist certified as a Chopra Perfect Health Ayurveda Teacher, Spiritual Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer.

I have extensive training in Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques, Breathwork to include Tibetan Breath Yoga and Motion and Flow practices and aromatherapy. I believe the health of the soul is vital to the spiritual, physical, and emotional health of humans and animals.

Serving as a Soul Invigoration Guide, I use healing modalities consisting of energy healing, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, crystals, essential oils, yoga, affirmations, visualization and intuitive counseling to assist you in achieving optimum vitality. Together we create a mindfulness practice to assist you in your daily life.

As an Invigorative Lifestyle Guide, our time together allows you to ascend to your most abundant, limitless life! During this 16- week experience I provide you teachings in Ayurveda health, customized alternative healing modalities and customized hypnotic tracks to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

As an Animal Healologist, I support animals and their parents in achieving an integrated harmonized healthy home using Reiki and many other alternative healing modalities.

I also provide support via Customized Hypnotic Activation Tracks and Spiritual Cleanings.

I support individuals, children, families and animals. I also work with companies, schools, churches and other organizations looking to support their employees’ holistic wellness and promote a harmonious work environment.

I teach Chopra Perfect Health Ayurveda classes as well as Reiki Certification classes, Animal Reiki training and Animal Wellness workshops. My classes are designed to assist you in achieving your personal goals with health and wellness and to be of support to others in their lives!
