Design build construction management: We like to help our customer to design and possibly build their dream project. We will set up meetings with all parties involved, so we can get the full program. We will take measurement, and before we leave, we will sketch out some design direction to get some feedback and nail down budget direction.

hmmm..I know it seems crazy to say that. I created my first LLC in 76.
What guarantee does your work come with?
the one we have, and/or agreed in the contract. Usually, 2y here. 10y in France
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about it, even if sometimes it makes me mad. And here it is in French, my mission statement:

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was born into it. I didn't have the choice and realise later in life this field was for me, as it was for my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Hmmm.. Maybe they should ask my references from the last few years, or the seventy or eighty.

Construction management
I started in this field in a family construction company dated from 1890.
I didn't really have the choice and found out years later I had a mission, which I like to share it with my customers.
