We had the most delicious 5 course meal ever! A friend treated us to a wonderful private catered dinner date at home and it was probably the best dining experience I have ever had! I cannot remember being that stuffed but not being able to stop eating. From start to finish, the dishes and the accompanying sauces were superb. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Discuss with them their needs or if there is a theme. Give menu suggestions. We can make anything so sometimes clients just tell me what they want which is fine too.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything!! I always say a hobby I get paid for. I love helping make clients events fun and successful through food. Event Attendees always remember when the food is delicious.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been cooking my whole life, probably since I was 8 growing up in an Italian family. My parents entertained and I have enjoyed cooking for family and friends and always got raves. Being a chef just comes natural to me.

Personal and professional are the 2 most important qualities in business. Backing that up with amazing food makes for happy customers.

Buffets breakfast, lunch and dinners are made in our kitchen and only dropped off.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Contactless delivery. Accepting zelle and Venmo helps with that. My kitchen has always been spotless.
