About

Trauma-informed care provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Trauma Specialist. She is an EMDRIA approved EMDR practitioner, consultant and trainer, Neurofeedback practitioner. She has been working with individuals, couples and families in various therapeutic settings. Her clinical focus is on trauma spectrum disorders (complex or single incident trauma), postpartum care, panic disorders, family life issues, couples counseling and more.
She focuses on the internal workings of the mind, brain, body trio separately and together, to help with a more wholesome practice of health for her clients. She is integrative in her approach to intervention and is informed by the best practices in the field of trauma informed care and mental health.
While validating her clients is central to her work, the safety and assurance of the way she joins with them equips her also with an ability to challenge them when needed and give them an opportunity to practice insight, skills and wider range of reactions to their everyday triggers.
