I took my first Kung Fu class with Choying Huynh last night - what a great experience!!! He is a WONDERFUL teacher and the drills were perfect for us beginner students. We all really enjoyed the class and Choying was so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this class for anyone who is interested in or curious about Kung Fu. I was brought to the care of the tribe by a friend. I went in with no expectations and no reservations. What I experienced was beyond anything I have ever felt and to be honest I cant articulate something that has to be experienced, had to be felt. As Choying said to me before a ceremony I took part in "State your intentions" I firmly believe you get out of things what you put in. Choying told me this journey requires work. And he hasn't been wrong. Don't go into this thinking you will know the secrets of the known universe or change your behavior in a session. This takes dedication. But here's the thing, you don't have to do it alone the "Tribe" is there for you if and when you need them. Without a doubt some of the most loving and embracing people I have ever met. You feel the love and power that they possess and you know what you feel like you have at last made it home. This is something everyone needs in their lives. I am grateful and blessed and I cant thank Choying, Holly and the rest of the tribe for helping me to clear the vale and begin to walk my path. More...

Refusing to commercialize the paths to Enlightenment or favor one path over another. Where there is one way, there are 10,000 ways! and Sifu Choying Huynh insists on the right to avoid self aggrandizement and profit to serve the spiritual needs of our misguided and hungering souls (what else is there?) ..A true Bodhisattva has already attained the awakening but demands the right to reach down deep ( the mud of the Lotus) to show his support and belief. Choying escapes the wheel of cyclic confusion and holds the key to stepping outside the “game” of illusion in order to sacrifice his own reward in order to reach back and insist on the right to awaken, serve and save all others. You may look at him and see what you see and assume what you assume based on appearances but that’s where you miss everything. Who knew or can known about who each of us are and how to see beyond superficial appearances How many Bodhisattvas ( JC, MG, MLK, etc, etc, etc)’were ignored b/c of superficial illusory appearances and skepticism. I wager my reputation as 50+ life long Chinese martial artist dedicated to the path of the spiritual warrior to respect my bother Choying as a man, an accomplished Martial artist (I know, we crossed hands) and as a spiritual avatar. I don’t make these reassurances lightly but, as an old man (72) recognizing that anyone can pick up the torch of illumination and guidance and serve the opportunity for spiritual guidance and awakening) , so must pay respect to all those who could but who refuse to capitalize on marketing strategies in order to promote self interest as opposed to service to all others. I believe and encourage his completely selfless Integration Meditation Vision of Art as Inspiration to Awakening and warn all others to not to substitute self complacency and financial opportunity for their own necessary self Emancipation and Liberation from superficial material and commercial continued Self Delusion. Wake Up ! If not with him, then with his teachers. Time is short (not for life but for awakening) Reach out for your own golden ring and don’t miss the opportunity to Awakening. It’s you life and this is what your f...king karma has sent you. Embrace and good luck. It’s all over too soon and here is someone who cares more about yourself than you.?
