Danny W was so helpful from the beginning as we prepared for the day with his communication, intentionality, encouragement, attention to detail, funny personality and more. He took away every stress we had about finding the perfect DJ. When it came to our wedding day, he absolutely blew us away. Hank from Instant Request was the DJ for our wedding this November. His communication prior to our wedding day was smooth and accurate but the wedding day is where things went wrong. Hank was on his phone during the ceremony and his phone went off loudly. He played the wrong song for our recessional that we had established prior to the wedding day. During the reception, my husband (the groom) requested a song and it was never played. There were also several songs that we had designated “‘must play” songs that he did not play. This company’s services are cheap and they do a fair job but if you are wanting an outstanding experience I would not recommend. More...

We loved every single aspect of Instant Request. They have a great system where you fill out every single aspect of the wedding and really let us be detailed with how we wanted the day to go. Matt, the owner was always very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions while we waited to get paired with a DJ. We ended up getting Justin and it was an absolutely perfect match with us. He listened and got to know us on the phone consultation and everything about the wedding day went super smooth. Instant Request was a great company to work with! Very reasonably priced and responsive to any emails or questions. We completed their online portal with all of the important information for our day and then picked out songs we really wanted to have played during the reception, as well as the type of music we wanted played during cocktail hour and dinner. Then, 3 weeks before our wedding, we met with our assigned DJ to go over all the information and talk with him about some other specifics. Our DJ was Danny and he did an amazing job!
