Grief Doula counseling
A Doula is a companion through a major life event. A Grief Doula supports people in navigating the complex and challenging emotions of grief, so that they can heal more deeply, rediscover deeper meaning in life after loss, and redefine themselves in this new context.
Grief can be anything from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, an identity, a chapter of life, and more.
