Jonny is one-in-a-million! We couldn’t have asked for a better videographer. From the first time we spoke, it immediately felt like talking with a family friend — he is communicative and flexible and so fun to talk with. Plus, not only is he incredibly kind and funny, but he is also extremely talented and creative. I would have never thought to ask for some of the shots he got at our wedding, and I’m so glad he was there to capture all of our special moments on this very important day. He made us feel confident and at ease, and he definitely came prepared to go above and beyond (and he delivered on that!). We haven’t gotten the videos back yet (it’s much too soon for them to be finished), but we have no doubt they will be everything we could hope for and then some. Ingram Films was a God-sent in my wedding planning journey! Jonathan was always quick to respond, reliable, accommodating and caring. He really valued understanding what is important to us as a couple and going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure he caters to it. I wanted my wedding reels to reflect my culture and faith traditions and though it was new for Jonathan, he went out of his way to meet me, understand what the traditions are and make sure they were honored in the work he produced. I love that he was willing to take on new challenges and work outside of the box to help me have the dream filmography of my wedding. It was really important to me to capture all the special moments, and he did just that. Not only that, he worked with me to come with a contract that honors my values and was super understanding about everything. On the day of my events, he brought such a positive and uplifting energy that all our guests still remember him and my photographer as the best they’ve ever encountered. It’s been months and we all are still so touched by how much Ingram Films made us feel as if they were one of our own family members at the events! Jonathan is extremely passionate, dedicated, and talent about his work, and his work quality reflects that. Wow! Jonny was an absolute superstar for shooting the video for our retreat. He provided amazing footage of our customers during daily activities like meditation and yoga, as well as coming out with us on a long hike and capturing awesome video throughout.

Outside of just the video he captured for us, he was an absolute pleasure to work with in person. He fit right in with the team we had there, and made all the attendees feel at ease. His passion and energy were truly contagious!
