It was my first time trying a cycling class. Abby was cool with helping me set up my bike, and her class was great! The music was pumping and the black lights made it fun. The class was only 45 mins, but my legs are now jello! No clip-on cycling shoes needed. I especially liked the arm weights segment and the cold towel at the end.Pro tip: Google maps leads you to the other side of the warehouse buildings. It's better to turn right at the light and make a left instead of driving past Palms Event Center. More...

Everyone is really nice at the studio. They offer 5am classes for those early birds. Every instructor's class is different. You'll get a different workout with each instructor. They wait for you before starting class, other studios don't More...

This was my first spin class ever and I enjoyed it very much! I got a great workout, got to meet some new people, and was very impressed with the instruction and professionalism. The workout was fast paced but I felt no pressure to try to keep up when I got tired. In fact, our instructor, Leslie, reminded us to go at our own pace and slow down or rest if we needed to. The playlist she used was also perfect for our workout routine, and it varied in speed and drove the rhythm of our routine. Leslie kept us super motivated and even made sure we were all doing everything correctly. Definitely a professional I would train with again. The studio itself is cozy but spacious. It has a spin room as well as a yoga room. The studio is a bit hidden, but it's easy if you just map directions to it. I'm glad this studio was recommended to me and I'm looking forward to going back for more classes! More...

Awesome class!! No judgements. No matter what level you are, you will find yourself pedaling and pushing yourself! This studio is super comparable to its way pricier competitors! It has that cool, dim, and colorful ambience with clean facilities. Bikes are sturdy and you can either clip on if you have cycling shoes with cleats or simply strap in with your regular shoes. I'm glad they have the straps and don't charge for shoe rentals like other places. The only downside I would say would be their location. They are at the back of a shopping strip. Hopefully they get more signs because more people deserve to know about them! I'll be coming back for sure! Definitely recommend! More...

This is where I fell in love with yoga. Not only yoga,  but HOT Yoga! That's right, they turn the heat up to 90 degrees so you can sweat all those toxins out and really stretch into the poses.  This class ranges from beginners to professionals. Nicole is awesome with her yoga instructions and will assist if you don't understand the pose. Her music is very relaxing and I love her thoughts for the day.  It's usually something that I've been thinking about also. My favorite part of the class is at the end when Nicole places a cold eucalyptus towel over my forehead and I just relax for several minutes. They provide blocks and you can rent a mat. Infinity also offers spin classes,  but I haven't found the time to take a class.  I would really like to try the Friday Night Lights class because it sounds like a lot of fun! If your looking to get rid of all your stress and stretch out your sore muscles,  this is the place to be! More...
