If I could give more stars I would. Dontay is amazing! He really knows his stuff. He knows how to define your body both inside and out. He has helped me to drive to be the best I can be with my fitness and nutrition goals. Prior trainers didn’t know how to train. I would be in so much pain with disc issues.
