What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is working on different projects all the time. Big or small, each one has a unique challenge and adventure. That's always exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife and I started Indie Film Factory to offer an alternative to the giant video production company choices of the day. Back then, only rich people or large companies could afford video production. We started our studio to give options to those smaller and medium-sized companies.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose Indie Film Factory first because we listen. We are always listening to the needs of our clients. We also can offer a competitive advantage for most video products. Sometimes things cost more than expected, but our job is to create a plan so everyone can feel good about the service and the budget. Plus, we are filmmakers, not simply videographers. We want everything we touch to look like it belongs on a national level.

We can provide remote services online. Obviously, some video production requires traveling to a location. However, we have discovered that many clients can send us content for editing. We can also provide video production management services to our clients no matter where they are geographically located.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
From the onset of the pandemic, we made it our top priority to keep our clients safe. We maintain many of these sensitivities as we move away from this crisis. However, we also lean on the client to help us understand what makes them feel the best and can adapt to any level of requirement needed for the safest possible environment.
