Friday, 2 August 2019:  In the year 2017, I was on Pico Boulevard near Overland Avenue. I had just left the bank on the corner.  While walking on Pico, I saw a store named Imprint Revolutions.  I went in and met a wonderful young woman named Melissa.  She told me about how I could get my own design on tee shirts and coffee cups.  I took her business card. I never returned until July 2019. Melissa no longer works at this location.  Elyse must be the top seller because she seems to be most sought after employee. Elyse and manager Colin was great from start to finish.  I went in with the idea of getting one coffee/teacup for my girlfriend, Audrey and I was so impressed and satisfied with my order that I ended up buying another cup for a good friend, J.R and getting my own design on two shirts and my own cup.  On my first order by phone, there was a problem paying with my credit card, but between the owner, David and the awesome Elyse and my Chase bank, the problem was solved in three days.The entire staff is great and seem very happy. The other two young women, Noel and Sidney and the other man who is also a club DJ all get along well together.  I highly recommend David's company for any coffee/tea cups or shirt that someone wants their own design on.   One of the biggest plus is that this company can and will do one cup, shirt or a dozen.  They do Not have a minimum order, which was unheard of in the  90's decade and prior.   Kudos, Two Thumbs up, way up high to Colin, Elyse and the rest of the staff. Wanted to create T Shirts for THE IOWA STATE FAIR next month that would be a memento for my Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews. Noelle worked with me on several themes when I had a Voila! Moment.  The hand sculpted Butter Cow is an icon.  So we did an Cali Iowan in white script on the front on a black T Shirt and Noelle found a surf board online and put the butter cow on the surfboard on the back of the T shirt!It came out ADORABLE!  And she had the whole order completed within the week!  She is very on top of the whole process and organized and got in synch with me right away!  Very high quality fabric.  LOVE IT!They are true professionals! Super friendly, really easy to work with, will definitely be back! I had a complicated shirt design that I wanted them to recreate, with Ethiopian lettering and a picture of a dog and all sorts of weird, specific, things, and they were able to do it no problem with a smile on their face! I am so impressed by the professionalism at this establishment. It went beyond my expectations. Honestly. Elyse was my go to person who came up with an awesome design for our family tree. She somehow saw what was in my head and just put it to work!!! More than that it was done way before the promised date which was just so important for me. As it was we had a tiny tiny error and whet do you know THEY MADE GOOD ON IT and reprinted what was necessary. Without a fuss. This business went beyond my expectations! I've used them on small projects in the past so that's why I turned to them for help. Elyse was my designer when I brought in an idea to make a family tree T-shirt for our family. There were a lot of names and it could have been daunting yet Elyse took it on in stride and in the most professional way. Time was essential and they were determined to complete this for me before my trip to Israel. They came in a week earlier than promised! They were beautiful and the material of the T-shirt's and bags were A++++. But the true test is a business is when there is a small wrinkle and it needs a resolution. Loved this place so much, hope to be able to give them a much larger order in the future. I went in with a single garment (a goalie jersey) that I wanted built to match Mexico's 2014 World Cup goalie kit (Memo Ochoa! ). I had three heat press patches and an illustrator file of the correct typeface name and number. Johna sat with me and measured and placed the patches correctly based on measurements I had found and photos of Ochoa I had brought. She then set up the vinyl lettering as I had designed it, but due to my smaller sized jersey, she worked with me to proportion the name and number to better fit the garment. She then taped the patches and a rough version of the name and number in place and had me try it on to make sure it was perfectI paid the standard setup fee and I think $5 per patch (?), but due to a few interruptions during our work, Johna gave me a 20% "thanks for waiting" discount. I would give 6 stars for customer service. They went above and beyond.I was in a panic because my son was graduating College the next day, And when he went to pick up his cap and gown in the student store his Sage was generic and did not have all the important information on it (he was unaware he to order needed to order six weeks ahead of time)I called Debbie and she was wonderful and rushed the order and it was finished in four hours. .I picked it up Apple T Shirt on Venice Blvd And the staff were so helpful and kind. Impeccable service! I came in with a last minute idea for bridal party shirts and Jaime didn't disappoint. Within an hr we'd created the design, picked out shirts and sizes, and placed my order. They came back 2 days earlier than expected. Loved the shirts but the colors didn't print as expected. (Jaime disclaimed that before placing the order) When I went in to pick up up the shirts, Melissa was understanding and offered me a discount without hesitation! If there was a 10 star rating, that is clearly what is deserved. As coordinator of a retirement banquet, I was in a desperate situation. After 3 attempts, a previous vendor could not provide an acceptable proof of the design to be imprinted on cups that will be given as banquet favors. Melissa was the person I reached and to whom I explained my desperate dilemma to; the very next day, a proof was provided that was EXACTLY what we wanted, order placed and cups were received 2 days sooner than expected and they are beautiful. (Important - 2 weeks were lost dealing with the other vendor). Melissa is courteous, friendly, professional, extremely accommodating and very pleasant to work with. This company is amazing and so is Jamie! This is the second year we have used them to create something fun for St Patrick's Day. Jamie has been the one to help us both times. He is creative, professional and extremely talented at his job. He was able to mock up our T-shirt this year within 15 minutes while we were discussing the design. Gave input for what would work best and made the whole experience fun. We also updated a jacket we created last year and he was able to pull the mock from last year and reference it to ensure they could add to the jacket with the same font. This was truly awesome customer experience! We had the final mock the same day and will pick up the order in a week. Johna. Johna. Johna. Hands down one of the most incredible customer service experiences I've ever had. I had what I thought was an impossible last minute demand from a client - to get 2 shirts with specific print created and delivered within 60min. I called multiple stores with zero luck - until I came across Johna at Apple Shirt. After expressing my needs, she calmly and confidently put me at ease - saying she would take care of me and would have everything done within 30min.Amazing.Next to delivery - I tried multiple outlets for pick up and none were available. I called Johna. With great understanding and pinpoint humor - she spoke to her coworkers and was able to find someone FROM THE STORE to deliver for me. I spent a good deal of time online trying to get the best quality and best deal. I went to a few places but when I spoke to David I knew that Apple T-shirt was right for me. Me and some other parents took a group of high school cross country kids to train at Mammoth. We drove up in a van and I had this idea of putting a picture of a  van and calling it "The Cool Van". David considered my idea and asked if he could give some input. He actually designed a brilliant concept that included a giant M(for Mammoth) plus mountains, flowing streams, trees and runners on the front. We each got nicknames on the back as well. All the kids and parents loved them. The kids and coaches wear the shirts to the cross country races. David has a gift for taking your ideas and bringing them to life on the shirt. I went into Apple Tshirts with some vague ideas about family shirts and hats for a family reunion vacation to Disney World.  David was great!  He listened to what I was looking for, and worked with me to help me come up with a fantastic idea.  He was great at selecting fonts, tweaking ideas I had to make them even better, and but it didn't feel like he took the creative part of it away from me.  He was great to work with.  The hats and shirts came out really great! I can't wait for the whole family to see them!   Johna was great with sizing.  She pulled shirts for me, and even ordered a couple for me to try on the next day to get a better idea of what would work (which is hard to figure out for a family of 16!).  Justin came in to look at the hats I had chosen and help me find the best place to print the year, so that it would work with both the structure of the hat and my design.  Overall, it was a great process.  My items were done perfectly, and were even ready early.  You can't beat service like this!  I'll be back, for sure!
