I first met with Ellen many years ago and have not stopped being amazed and thankful for the service she provides. Guided Imagery is not a band aid, it takes focus and a deep desire to be the joyful person the Greater intended us to be. I have and use several of her cd's off and on during highs and lows of many years. When I do I'm reminded of the lyrics of an Elton John song " someone saved my life tonight... " thank you and bless you Ellen More...
