During the pandemic, I started training with Igor and have been training for 1 year. I've made improvements in strength and stamina.

He is flexible in where we trained and what the training was. We do resistance bands, TRX, calisthenics, and strength training.

As an ex-professional athlete, he understands that it's not only the workout itself, but also the warm-up, recovery, and stretching that is important.

Commitment and understanding your own body and how it works! Understanding what adjustments have to be made and then taking the steps in order to change are necessary to get the results you want. I always like to say NO PAIN NO GAIN because every achievement in any aspect of your life is difficult and only focus and hard work will pay off. Also, nutrition is one of the main contributors to getting the body that you want. It is about 70% of success.

Strength and condition coach with experience playing on a professional level in Europe (Croatia) and D1 college level. I have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology which has helped me develop a high-quality program focused on helping each client achieve their personal goals.


What to expect: personalized instruction which includes a hand on and holistic approach to health and fitness. Together we look at what you want to achieve, what has held you back in the past (your habits), I complete assessments/measurements and create a program based on your needs.


Specialties include: strength and conditioning, toning and firming, weight loss or gain, endurance training, water polo, swimming, TRX, flexibility, relief from pain related to shoulder, hip and lower back.


I also work with people who are looking to get into the best possible shape to play PRO-level in any sport.

Offering education formed from 9 years of competitive swimming and 14 years of playing competitive water polo. I have been in the pool my whole life and I have experience working with swimmers and polo players in addition to owning my own water polo club based in Cupertino.
