I came in with a damaged HP laptop where I do all business and also upload documents with. I walked in and was greeted with respect and courtesy, there was a deposit of 30 dollars that they do charge which is reasonable. They helped me out when my gaming PC was overheating which could've damaged my CPU. They ran a full diagnostic and identified that my liquid cooler was failing and were able to replace it with an air cooler that they had in-house, all within a reasonable amount of time (~about 4-5 days). Thank you again for your help!
