Thank you Ideal IT Trends, I called around to get my computer fixed. I talk to about 3 different companies. When I called I talk to an agent, she asked me many question to make sure she had the correct issue. I dropped it off, I was surprised it looked like a Doctors office (lol) but I was called by 5:00 pm. I was shocked, they offered to drop it off.
