How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve thier fitness goals by meeting them where they are at the start and developing a realistic program for them to progress. I also help them highlight their "WHY" (deepest reasons/concerns) and often refer back to it to remind and remotivate them when needed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to first embrace your own. Everyone wants to look great naked or be the most attractive person at the beach, but it first starts with having a clear picture and purpose behind your pursuit of the perfect shape. A well-planned exercise program, sound nutrition and a sound mind are essential in manifesting your best figure possible.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about training is the gratification of helping someone become a better version of themself. The joy is in the process of progressing them through exercises that they once couldn't do while watching them get stronger and stronger. The grind from my athletic background helps me understand and appreciate it more. Teaching what I was once taught as I continue to learn more and give it back. It's a great feeling.

Yes, I can provide my services online or remotely. I've been doing so since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic during the lockdown. I had to pivot online to conduct my personal training sessions and group fitness classes via FaceTime, Whatsapp video and Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Complying with social distancing guidelines and wearing a mask. I always carried hand sanitizer and wipes in my gym bag and I encouraged my clients to do the same.
