Sonya and Larissa were fantastic when it came to watching my dog. They were prompt, professional, and looked after her as if she were their own! I loved getting updates and pictures from Larissa of my dog while I was gone. They have a great set-up right behind Mutt's Cantina, and the dogs loving playing there. Sonya, Michael, and the ICHP team are AMAZING! My pup is a lovable and charismatic mixed breed with high energy, and is one of the breeds that many day cares in Dallas will not accept. The ICHP team welcomed her with open arms and she loves going to "day care"! Additionally, they keep us updated on her status with photos and texts us if there are any scratches we need to be aware of. Simply the best! I tried RuffIt and a few other doggy daycares and always had my concerns, my frenchie even got bit at one. I don't know how I managed before Sonya and her team. They are so passionate about what they do and it shows. The first day they requested I bring him a little later and are very thoughtful about the way they introduce new dogs to the pack. Now my frenchie has gone 30+ times and little man is always beyond excited when I ask if he's ready for school. Sonya, Michael and team are amazing! Not only are their services convenient (i have used both boarding and the park) and competitively priced, it's obvious they really care about the dogs in the pack! They pick up and drop off my dog from my apartment and send me pics and vids at the park just to show me how much fun I am not having at work. What a great group of people! ICauseHappyPaws has a park over near the Rustic (off 75). In addition to day play, they offer boarding services and other add-ons. My two Tzus loved coming to the parkNplay on a Friday. They came home and both fell right to sleep after I washed their paws from being outside. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. Sonya, Michael, and the ICHP team have been a GODSEND! I have a hyperactive Frenchie puppy and a 90+ pound Chocolate Lab, both of which require a lot of exercise. Before I found ICHP, I was picking up and dropping off at a doggy daycare facility, but that became impractical after I took a new job with a longer commute. Plus, running around at daycare for 8+ hours a day seemed to be overkill; they'd come home exhausted to the point where it felt like I had two realistic stuffed animals vs actual dogs. Luckily, some googling and Yelping led me to the ICHP website last November and I connected with Sonya shortly after. She was extremely responsive and I clicked with her and Michael right away; it's clear they love dogs and truly enjoy what they do. When I brought the pups up to the park for a meet and greet with their park regulars, it impressed me that they knew each dog's name, temperament, quirks, which activities they liked, who their buddies were, etc. I've been a client since then (five days per week) and couldn't be happier with all that they do. It's great being able to work a full day without having to run home for potty breaks or fight traffic to get to/from doggy daycare. ICHP handles the pick ups/drop offs, the dogs get to run around for 3 hours (and I get a hilarious photo texted to me of them in action), and I come home to well-exercised pups that still have a little gas in the tank so we can enjoy an evening walk! I love this place and so does our doggie Brooks! I can't say it enough! Sonya is so flexible with our schedule and absolutely loves the dogs. We get a picture everyday while he's having fun at day camp along with any details on his behavior. She's been key in helping us learn how to train Brooks on socialization. We love that we can drop him off in the morning and he can take the shuttle bus home to be there when we get home. Plus they have in-home boarding for when we need to be away overnight and we know he's in good hands and having a blast... no puppy guilt! It's perfect and I don't know what we'd do without ICHP! I have been using  ICHP for day care and overnight boarding for my Great Dane, Brutus.  Brutus loves going to the park to play, and I love the exercise and social interaction it provides.  Brutus is always a tired pup when he gets home.  Pricing is very competitive compared to other daycares and walking services --and includes shuttle service which is very convenient!  ICHP sends pictures and it's fun to see Brutus having a great time with his pack.  Sonya and Michael are great; they are organized, communicate well and respond quickly! Where should I start? Sonya and Michael have been taking care of Chato since he was only 9 weeks old, initially for potty breaks and short walks but at 4 months, he graduated to the park! My dog is absolutely obsessed with them and loves to go to the park and hang out with his dog friends, he comes home happy, exhausted, clean (he loves to roll in the mud but gets cleaned before he comes back) and ready for a nap! I love looking at his pictures when I'm at work, he is always happy and playing! I fully trust ICHP for boarding when I'm traveling or when I work night shifts, they are always available and are able to accommodate last minute requests.I have recommended ICHP to many of my friends and they are all very pleased with them. Michael and Sonya are fantastic people! I Cause Happy Paws gets an A+ in my book!  I provided them with a very detailed list of a few things to do for my cat Smokey while I was away. They came into my home every other day, fulfilled each task, and made sure I was informed of how Smokey was doing after every one of their visits. ICHP was so helpful and accommodating, even when it came to picking up and dropping off my keys. I know I am very particular about my animal and this group really went above and beyond to make sure my first experience with using a pet sitter went well. I work from home and we've been using I Cause Happy Paws. It's usually about 9-2pm, but it's enough to keep my enthusiastic Pyrador nice and tired when he gets back, because I simply don't have the energy :) They pick up and drop off. If I'm out, I ask them to let him into the gate. They go hang out at Mutts Cantina (membership required). Sonya is just wonderful. And I love getting pics of him during the day. More...

My wife and I both work crazy hours and we have a Labrador, Michael, Sonya and their crew allow us to be able to have a dog despite our schedule. My dog is always so happy to see any of their crew and we always get updates with pictures and videos. I have been in the park multiple times with them and they are always genuinely having fun with the dogs, sometimes I want Sony to hire me. We have also used their overnight service. I love the passion of the entire team! Sonya, her husband and team were wonderful. They were very flexible with our drop off and pick-up times. They took care of our Bentley and Chanel for 5 days and did a wonderful job. Our pups are very spoiled and attached to me and gets terribly depressed when I am not around. I loved it that they had a home to be in and did not have to be in a kennel. They kept me updated with photos and a text every day and left me completely reassured. There were other dogs having their vacation with B&C and I was so nervous that Chanel would struggle to join in; she did join in and it seems she had a great time. Michael, Sonya and the I Cause Happy Paws (ICHP) crew are amazing!  It's hard to explain how much easier and better they've made our lives, because it really is very multifaceted so I'll do my best. I have used Sonya and Michael for both the Park and for boarding.  The park services are where they pick up your dog and take them to a "private" part of Mutts for a few hours to play with other ICHP dogs .  The dogs are supervised the whole time and get a ton of exercise playing with their friends.  The staff monitors the park closely to make sure that things don't get out of hand and they will throw tennis balls around for the dogs to chase.  Here are some differentiators of ICHP:  1. Convenience - It is so easy to schedule pickups and they very rarely make mistakes.  They are extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating.  For the park services, they pick up and return my dog to my apartment - it really doesn't get any easier than this.2. Interaction - Given how convenient their services are - sometimes you're sitting at work wondering - "Did my dog get picked up?  Is he/she having fun?  Who is my dog hanging out with?  Are they a bad influence? Do they miss me at all?, Why am I at work? etc."  This is where I Cause Happy Paws really gets awesome - they will send you picture/video updates with your dog at the park, upload videos and pictures to Snapchat, upload a daily group of photos to Facebook and select special pics make it to the Instagram page.  You feel like a proud parent when your dog makes it to Social Media - and lets you easily repost and share it with your friends.3. Pricing - Their services are very competitively priced.  For what you get for the park services, it really justifies any difference in cost as compared to paying for a dog walker or dropping them off at doggy daycare.  4. This last category I'll call "joining the pack". I mean this for both humans and dogs.  When you join I Cause Happy Paws you're really joining a community of awesome people and pets.  The team is great and fun to hang out with.  I also never thought I would be going to dog birthday parties - but when I found it it's really just a reason to day drink, play with dogs and eat cake...well...I have now been to 4 of them and have had one of my own.  When I take my dog to Mutts, she runs straight to the back to look for her friends.  It's also funny to run into another ICHP pet owner out and about cause your dog recognizes one of her friends and is excited to see them and then you have this whole "uhh...do you use ICHP?" conversation with lots of laughter and merriment.My last comment is to react to all of the negative comments on here.  You guys are bananas.  This may sound silly but I have to reiterate - if you are paying for park services - your dog is going to the park.  The park is dirty.  There are other dogs there.  Dogs like to run around and play and jump on each other and roll around on the ground.  Do not expect your dog to come back like he went to the spa for the day (even though they will rinse your pup if they are overly dirty).  The staff is doing their best to make sure things don't get out of hand, but accidents can happen much like any other daycare.  Not that anything has happened in the last year, but I know that if something did, they would react immediately and notify me.  They do NOT beat dogs with pipes.  These people actually care about your dog and definitely treat them like their own.Thanks to Michael, Sonya and the ICHP for everything you do! I want to start off by apologizing to our loyal clients. Working for this company has been truly amazing. I cannot thank Sonya and Michael enough for everything they have done for me and my puppy, who was recently the victim of a dog fight. He was injured pretty badly so we take the measures we have to in order to prevent and break up dog fights that could cause detrimental injuries. I was a bit nervous to send my shy pup, Caruso, to the dog park with ICHP, but I am so glad I did. When they come to the door he bolts out to greet them and the other dogs. It makes me feel so good to see his excitement when they pick him up and the pictures they send throughout the day. It's obvious he is having the time of his life. My wife and I have been using Michael and Sonya for about a year after we were referred to them by a friend. They are wonderful with our two poodle mixes and treat them like their own. We live near them, and often see Michael and Sonya with their pack of dogs early in the morning and also in the late evening. One of our dogs has anxiety issues and spending time with Michael and Sonya's pack has helped him.
