She creates job postings, screens potential employees, keep me up to date on any changes with the IRS and a multitude of other services. What inspired you to start your own business?
As a working HR Professional, I saw that there was very little assist for small growing business. Most HR Companies and Firms are designed to assist bigger businesses. I wanted to be able to help the smaller businesses!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We strongly encourage remote and online meetings to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. In the event that we must have a person to person meeting, we limit the number of people meeting to no more than 4 to ensure we can social distance in the conference room.
