Hound Therapy

I’m so grateful for Shannon and her team. For years I have been bouncing around from groomer to groomer trying to find a place that would take my dog. He is very hard to work with and it came to a point where sedation‘s weren’t working, grooming him at home wasn’t working and my last resort was taking him to a vet clinic for them to do it. When I found this place, I was very hopeful and they exceeded my expectations. They were very informative , helpful and kind. Hound therapy and Shannon are amazing. I've been going to this place since it opened and I've been impressed with the service. It's very friendly and has a family vibe to it. My small dog, Dominic, gets really anxious when his feet are touched in any way, which makes it hard to find a groomer. His previous vet/groomer refused to clip his nails after a few sessions due to Dominic's anxiety/aggressiveness. I brought him inside Hound Therapy and Shannon immediately asked to hold him. He didn't bark, get angry, or get anxious and instead fell into her harms. My jaw dropped! Needless to say, he actually enjoyed his nail trim (not to mention the amazing fully cooked chicken treats)!
