A gem of a gym. Â I've noticed that I feel more energized, not exhausted, after working out in their infrared saunas - for less time than I would spend in a gym. Â The owner and employees take great pride in keeping the place clean and explaining the benefits of their programs. This is an amazing gym concept! I love the infrared saunas, individual booths, and variety of classes. The 24 hour schedule is ideal for our family and even my teens will join me! A great variety of classes. I was nervous about the heat, but this is way different than hot yoga studios. It was almost refreshing- invigorating- after hot yoga I feel drained and spent. I highly recommend checking out this funk concept. And you can't beat the price! I feel incredible safe working out here during covid because of the individual rooms. More...

I've read the other reviews and they seem completely misguided. I was not charged during the shut down and the point of this gym is to be able to go anytime to do a VIRTUAL class. They teach you how to use the saunas properly when you sign up AND how to clean/sanitize while the employees are not there. (Like when my boyfriend goes at midnight after his serving shift.) it puts the responsibility on the members during "non regular business hours." The staff there knows most of us by name and they do tons of cleaning during their "open" business hours. As for the safety of it I suggest either not going when staff isn't present if you feel unsafe or using the alert necklace they offer to ALL MEMBERS and have EASILY ACCESSIBLE for everyone with no charge. I love this gym, the hot blast/cycle classes are my favorite along with the yoga. You'll feel amazing and I know I personally sleep better when this is a regular part of my routine. I can't wait for them to reopen and I hope they succeed long term!! Maybe just a gym for the people that can hold themselves accountable for keeping an amazing place amazing? More...
