It was my first time taking a class in a sauna. I would definitely try it again. I tried the hot yoga class which has 3 levels of modifying so every person can go at their own personal level.

I signed up in March because this is one of the few workout places that could stay open during Covid due to the fact they can limit 1 person to a room at a time. It is a different type of workout then I am used to, and I like that! The staff, especially Grace is very friendly and helpful. I am a little surprised by the review stating that it is hard to cancel. They have always been cheerful, welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. I highly recommend. More...

Do not sign up for this place. My wife signed up for a "3 month trial". We ended up being charged for 5 months. We were told the first month didn't count because it wasn't a whole month long. Then we tried to cancel after 4 months and we were told we could only cancel on the first of the month and had to pay for that month! Highly expensive and terribly hard to cancel. Hotworx has made a huge difference in my workouts!! I use to struggle with sore or achy joints while doing a workout, but doing the HOTWORX workouts in the saunas I don’t notice that anymore!

Have tried this place in a couple different cities and have been patiently waiting for one to come to Omaha. One of the best workouts I have ever done, working out in the infrared sauna adds another dimension to my workouts that I didn't know I was missing.
