I absolutely love my work outs here. The staff is amazing, and helpful. With covid and all the craziness going on they have no problem with letting customers freeze and in freeze memberships until the customer feels comfortable coming back. The heat from the infrared sauna feels amazing!! You warm-up very quickly we in the sauna and the workout is very light on the joints. I love the atmosphere and the wonderful Customer Care! We are so lucky to have HOTWORX. Hot Warrior and Hot Yoga are my “thing”. II’m down about 20 lbs and loads of inches. That’s nice but the best part is the way I feel - happy, pain free! I can’t wait to go in the everyday! Amazing workouts in a short amount of time!! My days of spending hours at a gym are over. Sessions are 45min or 15min HIIT Workouts. Sometimes I do two 15min HIIT Workouts... Done in 30 minutes!! I feel great, have extra energy and being able to detox my body is great for my health! They have an incredible, friendly staff. Best. Workout. EVER! Seriously. This place is amazing! I can't BELIEVE how much I actually look forward to working out now. The concept is unique in that you are working out INSIDE OF AN INFRARED SAUNA. I love that the workouts are shorter but I'm getting better and faster benefits. The detoxification and accelerated calorie burn is great but I can't get over how awesome I feel after the workouts. Never slept better in my life and the energy that I have throughout the day has increased too. I HIGHLY recommend this place. If you haven't already tried it, you should go immediately.
