I love my gym! I joined this gym back in august of 2020 after a two year recovery from my acl reconstruction surgery. Â I am always saying. .. "I wish I found this place earlier!" It has been such a great help in improving my progress and strength. I love coming here. The benefits of the infrared sauna are great for my mood, skin and body. It also so flexible that it works perfectly with my schedule. They have several saunas and classes available all day long. I usually do a yoga or body weight resistance class and a spinning session or two. It's been great for building my strength and burning a ton of calories. More...

This place is covid friendly even before covid. Super friendly staff who always greets with a smile and are constantly cleaning. If you are a fitness junkie or not, this place will get you hooked and make you fall in love with your progress. More...

I have been inlove with this place since i first started which was about 6 months ago. I can say i see great improvement in my flexibility, stability, and i most definitely feel much better since i started coming. Ive lost over 20 pounds since i first started. Roger ( manager ) takes great care of the place and is extremely nice. The staff follows all protocols following COVID and maintain the saunas and FX zone extremely clean.
