WHITNEY: who uses vibing? Girlfriend? When speaking to people. I cant. I was in the middle of a conversation with a lady named Whitney. Cancelling my membership and she said I had to report to the store for a cancellation. Which I tried contacting them to do so prior, but she insisted I wait until a couple of months. I signed up for 3 but she stated it was actually 5 months included... I didn’t understand that. I asked if my $60 would be returned and she said no. All I needed was what the upcoming information was. She proceeded to inform me I had to go to the facility to cancel and began to speak over me and then called me “girlfriend”. I did not understand why she was so rude to me when I just needed Information on what to do next. I asked her politely to not refer to me as her “girlfriend” if I’m not even in fact her friend. She then proceeded to say we were not “vibing” therefore she would have franchise contact me and then hung up on me. I never got a call back. I posted a review on google multiple times and it gets deleted each time. . . . The disrespect was insane. I have never in my life been disrespected like that. Ever! Business is business so whatever on the charge but for you to hang up on me and then say we are not vibing? In all honesty I don’t even know what that means. I really just needed to cancel my membership and don’t understand why she felt the need to talk to me that way. This is not how you keep you business up and if that’s the type of management you have I can only assume your business is not good. For you to literally answer the phone so defensive is beyond me.
