This place, man. Not only do they have some of the best, healthiest, most flavorful food in Albany, but the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I placed a to go order for lunch (Homegrown bowl with brisket- it will change your life.. literally can’t bring myself to try anything else on the menu because it’s so good) and asked if they might be able to bring it out to my car because I have a sick baby. They insisted on DELIVERING it to my front door within 20 minutes... on their FIRST day of their new brick and mortar being open. They wouldn’t accept a tip AND gave me a little vegan cheesecake to try. Absolutely unbelievable. I am a customer for life and will recommend to everyone I know. So it's so great to see people in smallier business getting more successful. Not only has Homegrown Oregon foods created the best tasting healthy food but their kombucha is amazing also. The variety of options and the delivery service adds to the whole personal experience. Shawna and Chris have gone above and beyond to make this more than just their business... they’ve created a ‘homegrown’ community and enhanced our local community by providing healthier options for people who don’t always have the time or ability to create them for themselves. They are truly one of a kind. Not only are the rotating weekly menu options delicious, the standard options are some of my favorites! Especially the Cobb salad and chicken salad! My husband and I were buying individual bottles of kombucha for a fortune each month and now we just order kombucha with our weekly meals from Homegrown. It is so delicious and takes up a lot less space in our fridge! It’s so easy with delivery and online payment. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
