This was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Todd gave advice for songs when needed and listened to all of our requests. He helped keep the evening running smoothly on our timeline without interrupting our day. We used Groove Productions for my daughter’s wedding on May 3rd at Sassafras Springs Vineyard. Groove Productions is owned and operated by two brothers named Todd and Brian. Todd was very easy to work with before the wedding for the music planning. Todd and Brian both worked together at the wedding and everything went very smoothly. We used Groove Productions for both the ceremony and the reception music. They played constantly, never took a break. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and doing a lot of dancing. My husband and I loved having Groove Productions at our wedding! It was so easy meeting with Todd beforehand to discuss songs and the flow for the wedding. He recommended that we do our cake cutting towards the beginning of the reception to help with the flow of the evening - one of the best decisions! Our guests loved not having to wait for us to cut the cake after dinner! My favorite part of the night was doing our "Last Dance." These guys are the real deal ! About a month ago we had them as our DJ at our wedding. They were such troopers as they were there from about 3:30pm until midnight . They helped us with wedding ceremony song suggestions as well. They were amazing when it came to the reception! They had an amazing mix of what we requested but also kind of “felt” the crowd out and played the right music at the right time. Another very new creative thing my husband and I got to experience was their drone that they flew out at our venue over our ceremony, it was absolutely perfect! Choosing Groove Productions was one of the best decisions we made when wedding planning! The Ruddisil brothers were reliable, thoughtful, and detail oriented. They helped us every step of the way, from helping us choose songs to gladly working around my last minute changes. One of my favorite wedding moments of the entire day was thanks to them. They have an original last dance moment for every couple, and it gave us a few minutes alone to really take in all the love before parting. I had Groove Productions DJ my wedding a few weeks ago! Choosing them to DJ was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. First off, they were extremely accommodating during the ceremony and flip by working with both our minister and musician. My husband and I did not have many ideas on what songs we wanted to do our first dances to, and Todd had many great ideas. They also made the dancing the life of the part during the reception! Everyone left the wedding wishing the dancing was not over. One of our very favorite memories from the wedding was our last dance at the end of the night. When it came to choosing vendors for our big day, I definitely did my homework and was determined to find the perfect DJ service! I researched high and low before Groove Productions was highly recommended to us by another local wedding vendor. We decided to give them a shot and it was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we met with Todd, it felt like we had known each other for years. He listened to our recommendations, gave suggestions to enhance the evening, and made the day more special than we could have imagined. In our first initial meeting, Todd explained to us that they like to have a last dance at the end of the night for the bride and groom. Since I had never heard of a "last dance", I didn't know what to expect and figured it would be a special moment for all of our guests to share with us before we left for the evening. However, when the time came, the room was cleared, and my husband and I shared a private last dance before we left. It was such a special time between the two of us and definitely was the most memorable moment of the whole day.
