What’s your signature dish?
I love fusing BBQ flavors with eloquent and comfort food. One of my signature dishes is a prime brisket taco w/ microgreens topped with a smoked salsa and yogurt crema - Incredible flavors!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I use a method I call "Funnel Personalization" - My menu changes from client to client because food is never a one size fits all. The menu that is right for you will differ based on type of event, personal taste, atmosphere, etc...
What do you love most about your job?
Food has the ability to alter one's mood. I love making people happy with the services I provide, as well as, enhancing the overall experience of the event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
12 years ago I had the idea to start this business and I spent a lot of time perfecting certain dishes. I realized there was a demand for good food and great service - I am here to provide this!

I am reliable, fair, easy to work with. Whatever the occasion, I will work with you to make sure it is perfect. None of this is about me...I am simply here to carry out your vision of what you want your events to look like, taste like, feel like, etc...

Obviously, the cooking services can only be done in person, but I do provide consulting and cooking classes that I am willing to do online - just ask about my zoom classes!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sanitation and extreme caution is the most important to me. Me, and my staff if needed, wear mask at all times at the request of my clients.
