What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in Italian, Mexican, French, and American comfort foods. although I also cook Japanese, Indian, Mediterranean and other cuisines.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have a short "Client Survey" that helps me learn a clients likes/dislike, dietary concerns. Based on this I can send menu suggestions.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to prepare meals and interact with the people I'm cooking for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Tired of long restaurant hours, grumpy owners, lazy servers!

Twenty plus years in business is no accident, my customers always leave satisfied.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I'm happy to wear a mask if requested. I have never had covid.
