Typical day included finding new accounts within a given market territory, cold calling & establishing new clients, qualifying job orders & recruiting. I learned that the more effort you put in, the more money you make.. (more calls, more money). Environment is very professional and the company is team-oriented. Account Manager is able to control the mark-up for the most part. Hardest part of the job is maintaining the grind on a daily basis (I generally worked every day, including holidays).
