I started working out at Holly Roser Fitness Studio in November of 2022. I love coming to this studio, the trainers are all very knowledgeable. I joined HRF at the end of 2021 intending to feel stronger, learn the correct form, as well as feel confident in my body. I not only got what I came in for but so much more . The trainers at HRF go above and beyond during their training making sure every workout is tailored to your needs and that your form is on point to avoid any injury. The combination of strength, cardio, and core workouts has left me feeling strong and confident. Additionally, because of the trainers I know how to stretch my body before and after workouts, which has been an incredible addition to my morning and night routine. The care, compassion, and encouragement you get in each class from the trainers are unmatched. I have attended many different studios and worked with various trainers and can wholeheartedly say the trainers and workouts at HRF are THE BEST. I have done 1:1 sessions with Jen, Semi-Privates with Jen, as well as have worked with Cecilia for zoom workouts, Gabby, and Layla. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all these individuals. I have been with Holly for almost a year now and she has literally changed my life!!! physically, mentally and emotionally. I’ve literally tried almost every workout. Barry’s, SoulCycle, Blogilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, the list goes on. With Holly, she’s able to teach me workouts that will REALLY benefit me and give me the results I want. I’m not where I want to be just yet, but I know 100% that Holly will get me there in no time :) What I really LOVE about her is that she keeps it real. She knows that we are human and we deserve to treat ourselves. Since she knows that I am SUPER guilty of cheat days, she still has a way to keep my nutrition on check. Holly is amazing! This was my first time hiring a personal trainer, and I'm so grateful I found Holly. She is the perfect mix of sweet, honest, and encouraging but she will whip you into shape and be more firm when needed. I never left a workout thinking I hadn't been pushed to 110%. Also, in a month, we never did the same workout twice. Every session is totally different and never boring. I was also initially skeptical when Holly said I could lose ten pounds in a month by working with her. But, one month later, I lost 12 pounds! Everything starts with nutrition! I believe in eating fresh and real food, with sweets and fried foods in moderation.

I assist clients every step of the way to their health and fitness goals. From cardio planning, nutrition coaching as well as motivation consulting, you'll have everything you need to live your best life and see the results you've always wanted!

I love the feeling of helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out. I love seeing people smile when they get to that fitness goal, they start shining!

My aunt suffered from diabetes and the negative conditions that go along with it. I was able to help bring her weight down by clean eating and adding more movement to her day while she was in her 80s! Because I saw such a huge change in her, I thought, if I could help one person lose weight and change their lives, I can do this for many people. That was when I decided to start a career as a personal trainer.

When you train with me, you'll receive a customized experience tailored to your muscle and body type in order to achieve maximum results. I'm caring, understanding, and always here to listen, just a text or call away. I love being available for my clients to chat with about nutrition and cardio on their off days.

Services

These goal-customized packages trim, tone, and firm your body while increasing flexibility and strength. Sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy and 3 month expiration date.

Take control of what’s in your fridge, and you will have control of your diet once and for all. Holly will accompany you to your local grocery store and help you pick out healthy items and alternatives to what you are eating now. Please allow 2.5 hours for the grocery store tour.
