While working for them, I received a lot of support and help when I needed it. They helped me with loans for tools and supplies that I needed. This company has never forgot my birthday and has always greeted me with a birthday card that they took time out of their day to sign. That kind of attention brought tears of joy to my eyes. I don't know what even half these people that down rate this company are actually seeing. I love my apartment home and respect it. Rent is fair ma diet value everywhere some people don't understand thst major repair requires you to be transferred to another unit. Transfers just cannot happen overnight or even some time over months. I have respect for HOBAN they do allot for there residents on the budget that they have for each property.
