Small meals were amazing but it took 40 min until we had to leave and still did not receive our meals. Let a staff member aware that we had to leave, not even our server. The manager asked why we did not let them know. First, it should have not taken almost an hour for our meals, second, it was not their business to explain our iternary of the evening. I can't say anything bad out our meal at all. We did the tasting menu and every thing we had was enjoyable. The service was very efficient and pleasant. It's just hard to categorize the experience because with the cost and the reputation my wife and I were expecting to be "blown away," which we weren't. The cocktails were nice, the starters were nice, the entrees were nice, the "amuse-bouche" tastings were nice, the service was nice, etc. Nothing stood out as special or something you have to try again though. Quality and service @ Fork was great, and this is a great option if you are looking for fine dining at a good value. We strongly advise that you do the tasting menu, because it truly captures the quality of the restaurant, and the portions are specifically designed with the tasting menu in mind.

My new favorite restaurant in Philly! Wonderful ambiance, everything is just right, from lighting, to decor, to spacing of tables, music volume (you can actually have a conversation with a group of friends even thought there is music), professional and elegant service. Really good fresh pasta. I went on a Saturday night with a date and had a wonderful experience. I would advise making a reservation because it can get pretty crowded on weekends.
The two guys working at the bar did an excellent job of fixing up really good quality cocktails. The half size pasta are a bit small so I would advise getting a full portion rather than a half, if you are planning on sharing. The gnocchi was probably the best I’ve ever had.
I would not recommend this restaurant for families with you children because it has an elegant ambiance.

Very unique and delicious experience. We did the house menu and got an aged steak as our main course that was by far the best steak I've had in my life but at a great price.
