Henry was our photographer for our June wedding in the West Village. From the moment we met him, we knew he'd be the one. Henry was patient with us and helped guide us as we had no idea what we were looking for specifically - we just wanted the moments to be captured beautifully on film ! He was detailed-oriented, and punctual, and really incorporated different styles which showed in the pictures we got back. We were referred to Henry to shoot our daughter's Christening by our sister-in-law who used him for her wedding.  We are SO GLAD we decided to go with him. Henry took photos starting at our apartment during the preparation process, followed by scenic shots outside, in the church, then at the luncheon.  Henry was able to capture all the special moments of the day without being invasive.  He was easy to work with throughout, great with the kids, and highly communicative throughout the process - before, during, and after the day.Most importantly, the photos are phenomenal!  Along with a beautiful leather photo album, he gave us digital copies of all of them which we have already shared with friends and family.  We are also using several for our Thank You cards and of course to hang up in our home.  My husband is already talking about booking him for our next event.I cannot recommend Henry enough - what a great find he was! A friend of ours wanted a really low key wedding at city hall. The couple didn't have a photographer. We decided that the occasion should be documented and found Henry thru a referral from a friend. Henry was extremely flexible, prompt & courteous.  After the bride received her pictures, she said, "i thought i was going to like only a few pictures but i liked everyone."  We liked him so much that we booked him for another event. My wife and I decided on an impromptu wedding photo shoot just less than a month before for our NYC honeymoon and were really fortunate to have found an awesome photographer in Henry! The entire process took 6-hours. It didn't feel that long but rather, every moment was filled with fun and anticipation. It was especially memorable because he made us somewhat celebrities for the day at each attraction and even though one may imagine that to be awkward, it turned out pretty exciting for us. We were also impressed by how Henry managed to capture the moments so well and grasped our requirements to perfection. In addition to that, we were also thankful for his help to arrange for the make-up artist and transportation. Without which, we would have had a hard time getting everything in place in a foreign land.Other than the wonderful experience during the photo shoot itself, the quality of the photos taken was just as great. What's more, he even printed out the photos and sent it to us in Singapore. We did some comparisons with other photographers and I must say Henry charges a competitive price and is definitely a steal for anyone once you experience it for yourself and more so, when you view the final product.Highly recommended!! We planned to spend our honeymoon in New York City. But only a week or two before the honeymoon, we decided to also take our wedding photos there. Henry catered to all our last minute requests! Knowing that we're not locals, he even helped to plan the locations and arranged for a makeup artist. The photos were really impressive! And the process was just lovely. He had the ability to make us feel at ease and smile naturally. It's a pity he is based in NY, because I have so many friends in Singapore asking me for Henry's contact after seeing his pictures! We chose Henry as our photographer for our daughters baptism this past Sunday, and we couldn't be any happier with our decision!  He is completely dedicated, is very professional, and it truly shows in his excellent work in photography. We got married in June, and Henry was our photographer. We took photos in the morning on the beach/boardwalk in Lido Beach and then throughout the day at the wedding venue. We had 230 guests which is fairly large, so there was a lot of running around involved, and he handled it nicely. We actually opted for an additional photographer. The 2nd photographer (Ben) started in the morning with my husband while Henry started with me and the girls. It costs extra for a 2nd photographer, but it's totally worth it. We received our proofs today. Henry spent many hours editing/touching up our photos and they look really good! He gave us printed proofs of his photos, a DVD of the files, and a DVD of all of Ben's photos. More...

I can't say enough of how great Henry is! Henry inccoproated both cultures, Taiwanese and American, in our photos, and really made sure both sides of families feel comfortable! Our wedding was the hottest day of the year, and even though we had most of photos indoor, Henry's team went above and beyond, capturing the happiest moment of our life. Henry was our photographer for our May 2011 wedding.  The moment we looked at his work, we knew that he wanted him.  We interviewed 3 other photographers who just wasn't a fit for us.  He is very honest, open, flexible and has great detail to attention with a sense of humor.  He was not intrusive during the wedding day and handled everything like a professional.  We recently got our pictures back and we love them.  I honestly do not have anything negative to say about him.  I only regret that he didn't take more pictures.Henry also does other lifestyle pictures such as baby portraits and family pictures.I would highly recommend him. Amazing! Henry is a talented and professional photographer. He did a magnificent job capturing our wedding day. Our pictures are vivid, lively and a beautiful representation of our day. I saw Henry's work years ago and referred him to my cousin for her wedding. I immediately called her for his number once getting engaged and was so excited to use him for myself. He was great to work with, so professional and unobstrusive. People were commenting on how great he was. We were short on time having a morning/afternoon wedding/reception and asked him to not pull us aside for too many portraits. He was great at pulling us aside to get the portraits we needed but made sure we did not miss anything. I have not seen our pictures yet but after some family members sent us theirs I noticed him taking pictures of things I did not even realize he was there for. I'm excited to see them! More...

Henry Leung was a pleasure to work with. He was very organized and attentive. Looking at his portfolio, I was very impressed with his candid shots and that is what I personally prefer.

On the day of the wedding, it was raining lightly. We had to change the outdoor location where we planned to take photos from Snug Harbor (very grassy/muddy) to Coney Island. The last minute change was no issue for Henry. We had so much fun taking pictures on the boardwalk. For such a gray day, the photos came out beautiful.
