Architectural Design & Project Management
Design and project management of small- and medium-scaled projects requiring original, contemporary solutions. Services begin from the client's basic program through all phases of design and extend to assisting in the selection of contractors and representing the client on site during the construction process. Fees are based on project cost and scope.
Architectural Consulting
Short-term consulting for owners and builders on specific architectural questions including design decisions, construction detailing and project organization. Fees are hourly and a projected total will be given upon initial consultation. Remote provision may be possible depending upon the scope and subject of the work.
Site Selection Consulting
Consulting with owners on the possibilities and pitfalls of properties and existing structures. Consulting can include helping owners search for appropriate properties, assessing properties already under consideration or developing reports on the potential inherent in property the owner already owns. Fees are hourly and a projected total will be given upon initial consultation.
Architectural Programming
Working with owners to develop an architectural program — the list of requirements for a future design — that they may move forward and design with Heima or take on to another design practice. This work can include assessing the scope and budget of work and which design and construction professionals will be needed to complete it. Fees are hourly and a projected total will be given upon initial consultation.
