I had a spinal fusion at age 18 due to scoliosis. Now that I'm entering my
mid-50's, I've started having mobility and pain issues in my neck.
I used to get massages in the past and noticed that they helped. I've ignored my discomfort over the last year or 2, and decided to make a concerted effort to get regular massages again. I go to Heather every couple weeks. My neck now is pain free. An unexpected benefit was just recently discovered. I sometimes have anxiety when I travel. We just attended a wedding out west....absolutely NO anxiety before or during this trip. I will continue to get my regular massages with Heather. I hope you do to. Her hours are flexible, and are great for those wanting to go after work.

I've now had 3, 1hr sessions with Heather. this last session she used a different technique with a different oil. OMG..what a difference. the stiffness and pain has been notably less.
