What’s your signature dish?
Clients love Our hors d’oeuvres such as mini chicken and waffles with a honey Sriracha sauce and our miniature desserts as well as buffet items such as chicken Parmesan, ooey gooey! Of course our low country boil is a favorite as well.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our clients can either provide the menu or we can collaborate and come up with one together or I can simply provide one.
What do you love most about your job?
I love coming up with new ideas for decor and menu items (the latest cuisines) and seeing how beautifully it all comes together!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working in the catering business for years for country clubs designing menus and decor and finally realized I could do a much better job by making my own choices and collaborating with clients.

I am extremely hands-on and therefore prefer not to do remote services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have always been very safety conscious since I did catering for the Pentagon, it was a must.I have simply continued in this mode.
Wedding rehearsal dinner
For Wedding rehearsal dinners we provide the customer with professional staff to cater a sit down meal or a served buffet. We also provide decor and event planning if desired to make your event both memorable and magical!
Parties
Your party may consist of passed heavy hors d’oeuvres, a served buffet, or simply a buffet delivered and set up. We also provide Event planning and decor if desired. We can provide suggested menus, however the sky is the limit!
Receptions
We can set up your reception either as an hors d’oeuvre Buffet, passed hors d’oeuvres, a Buffet served by attendants or simply a Buffet delivered and set up.We have 1200 different hors d’oeuvres, and unlimited buffet menus. If you have an idea for an hors d’oeuvre or menu item that we do not have, we can provide it. We are custom caterers and do custom events!
