Chef Roy is such an amazing person I told him what I wanted he gave me some ideas I kept changing my mind he was very patient with me I’m glad it all worked out we hired him for our event
What’s your signature dish?
I love to cook fresh seafood such as halibut, salmon or trout. Simply grilled finished with a lemon chardonnay pan sauce.
My second favorite is to cook a full on Mediterranean meal. Chicken shawarma, grilled vegetables, basmati garlic rice, hummus, tzatziki, pickled turnips and grilled zaatar pita bread.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
1) I call the client to gather information regarding the event, ask about the clients wants and ask about the budget. Based on that I write a menu that will go according to the cuisine and menu wants. In addition I will give my personal advice on menu suggestions to enhance the requested menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking and making sure my food and service are part of someone special day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire and abilities to make people happy with the food I cook. It is all about sharing the love for food.
Why should our clients choose you?
At heartfelt culinary "hance the name" we cook with love. I'm not catering simply because I can but I'm in this business because I'm passionate about cooking and pleasing people with my service. I will make sure the food and service is top notch with the aim to please my clients.

No online service can be provided at this time. I can write a menu for a client for a fee though.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My self and staff are all fully vaccinated, We all wear mask to protect our client and our selves and use food safe sanitizer at all times during our service.
