I purchased puppy and since i never owned a puppy before I struggled with potty training and commands and was pretty stressed. I met with Michele who came for a consultation and I immediately liked her. She's smart, kind and patient and has a real love for animals. She's not only taught my puppy alot but me as well. What an awesome trainer! I reached out to Michele via FB with some off leash training needed for my 2 yr old Boxer pit. She offered me a plethora of information and continued help to get me on my way. Michele is well informed and well equipped and knows the true heart of a dog. I was looking for training, for myself and my dog without harsh punishments, and she was able to show me how to get started, how to continue, using good solid commands and loads of love and rewards! What do you love most about your job?
Simply put, I enjoy helping pets and their owners connect. When they understand eachother and are able to communicate, they live more harmoniously.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our family dog, Abner. Who in the wrong home would of been misunderstood, rehomed, or surrendered to the shelter, like so many dogs are today. He is the heart of our business.
Why should our clients choose you?
The Pet Care & Dog Training Industry is continuously growing and unfortunately, many are in the business for the wrong reasons. We are not one of those companies. We genuinely care about our Clients and their pets become part of our Heart of Dog family.
