Coaching solves a puzzle; each client has unique strengths and weaknesses. I love that we discover what they want and start creating their habits.

While founding Health&Co, my main reason was to provide personal care to all my clients and explain that healthy living is not a "one size fits all" approach.

I have been through various diets and trends and restricted myself from what I like. I have tried different approaches to eating, self-care, and exercising and got a lot of research. I got many certificates and am still learning, experimenting, and researching daily.

I believe the key to providing the best health coaching service is listening to your clients and helping them find their unique way to their goals by accompanying them through the ups and downs of that journey. I don't want my clients to depend on me for the rest of their lives. I want them to create unique ways and live fearlessly on their own.

I like to be my clients' companion. I am their accountability partner, crying shoulder, cheerleader, and confidant while they equip themselves with the tools they can use for the rest of their lives.

I offer online services to all my clients; I have several clients in the United States and also in different countries around the world. I do my best to adapt to different time zones.

Our clients have used our methods for many purposes like stress and sleep management, better time management in their personal or work life, adapting to new health routines, etc.

Your habits and the way and time you use to create them should be as unique as you are; let's talk about how to create your way to a new you.

A program to guide women in their 30s about how to relax, enjoy the ride, and make investments for their future health and well-being. I include all the significant components of our overall health: diet & movement, gut health, lymphatic drainage, consistency, stress & sleep management, and letting go.

This program will guide you to discover your strengths and weaknesses, keep you accountable for the change you want to be, and leave you with tools to adapt to all changes in your future.
