Ordered the Christina Lei (Absolutely stunning, durable, and produced a lot of compliments), Avenue Spiral Orchid Lei (Another stunning and durable lei), and the Double Orchid Lei - Colorful mix (beautiful lei but not durable enough for the Hawaii to Iowa Trip as the lei was slowly falling apart during the graduation) and shipped them to Iowa for my daughters college graduation. I took the chance to order my leis online to be shipped to Cerritos, CA.  I was a little skeptical of ordering since it's so far.  With that said, I wanted to give big mahalos to Jesse for making a wrong to a huge awesome right!I ordered the cigar lei with the kakunaokala strand.  Not sure what happened to the bright, vibrant orange color flowers of the cigar lei that I saw on the website, but mine had barely any orange.  I emailed pics of the lei I received and a comparison pic of the website & he agreed that it was very dull and blended in with the kakunaokala strand.  He agreed that that was not acceptable.  I was not happy.I called the store, and he looked at my email and immediately apologized and said he could send out another one.  He looked at the cigar leis he had & said the cigar lei with the kukui nuts looked beautiful.  I wanted the deluxe, but it was a little more.  I was expecting the one with the kukui nuts, BUT it was the deluxe one.  OMG!!!!  Jesse sent me the deluxe one and that made my day!  This was beautiful.  Thank goodness I ordered the leis early enough to cover if something happened.  I received the  new,  beautiful lei the next morning.  It was so nice!!!!!!  Again, thank you Jesse for making my day and my son's graduation an awesome one!Hawaiian Flower Lei is "No Ka Oi!"  Jesse did whatever needed to be done to make me a satisfied customer even though it's across the ocean.  Mahalo, Jesse!  You're awesome!!!!!  When I need a lei shipped to the mainland, I'm calling Jesse at Hawaiian Flower Lei! I received the haku lei (flower crown) and wore it to my graduation and EVERYONE loved it! We rarely see leis out here in the Northeast Region of the United States so I stand out! ! even professors stopped mid track during the processional march to say how beautiful and unique it was! Last summer, my sister and I sprung for giving our mom her first ever vacation to HI. It was a beautiful experience in every way, including the leis. Sadly, upon mom's return home she became gravely ill and passed away. I share this sadness because her HI time was absolutely Paradise. So when we held her funeral, we wore the Hawaiian-style dresses we bought on vacation and ordered leis from this wonderful business! The leis arrived--all the way to WI--perfectly fresh. People were moved by the flowery tribute we gave our mother. I can't say enough good things about this company, including the caring person on the phone call I had placing the order and after the funeral (to thank them and they in turn comforted us).  We also adorned mom's urn with a beautiful purple orchid lei. We ordered the Double Orchid Lei and Haku Lei for my daughter's college graduation and she especially loved the Haku Lei! They were packed well with styrofoam sheets and ice packs inside the cardboard container, so they were fresh upon arrival (to SoCal via Oakland) . I ordered them 3 days before the event and the leis were shipped out of Honolulu on time. The only issue was FedEx taking an extra day to deliver the package to our house, which created some extra stress on the day of graduation. The lack of updated information on FedEx's online tracking system didn't help; I called FedEx twice the night before and the person responding could not provide any further information other than what was on the tracking system ("...in route to destination" - no estimate of delivery time to our residence was offered). So, I wasn't happy with FedEx, but the leis did arrive that morning just before we had to depart for the graduation (I picked it up at the local FedEx service center as soon as it opened before driving 1.5 hr. from our house to L.A.). In the end, everything worked out - the excellent quality of the leis made my daughter very happy and that's what mattered most.  Mahalo nui, Hawaii Flower Lei! More...

Booked a lei greeting 3 days before. We had a great experience.  Our lei greater was very nice helpful. They even gave us a small bag of chocolate goodies for being our first time in hawaii and booking with them. Had a small issue with our names with the email confirmation but they DID respond quickly and fixed it so we did have the correct names upon arrival! Would recommend them to anyone. You guys! If you're looking at this, that means you're in the market for leis. Don't walk, run over to their website and buy the lei kits! I ordered them for a Hawaiian event that I was having here in Richmond, Va. I'd got this crazy idea to make real leis at the event. Nowhere in my area had enough orchids for the right price, so I went ahead and did a little sleuthing on the interwebs. I found a "lei kit" on amazon made by "Hawaii Flower Lei" that looked interesting. I thought it was a scam, so I did a separate search of the company and lo and behold, it was not a scam! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that they sold the entire kit complete with live orchids, needles, thread, and instructions for $59. One kit will make 8 leis. I needed to order 5 kits for a group of 40. I originally selected that I wanted multicolor leis, but the great folks at Hawaii Flower Lei called me to explain that some of the colors wouldn't look great by the time they made it to Virginia. Because of that, I changed my order to all purple leis. Sure enough, a few days later, dozens of beautiful purple orchids arrived. Received the lei I ordered today...early as was supposed to receive it tomorrow.  I had paid overnight shipping as I wanted it to be the freshest it could be.  While i normally appreciate receiving items early I do not when they are perishable items.  I called Hawaii Flower Lei right away and customer service advised me it would last 2 days no problem.. my problem is that I now need 3 days as they made and shipped the lei too soon.  I asked if they would at the least refund my expedited shipping and was advised that they would not help me in any way.  Very disappointed with the customer service!Updated...Emily and Jesse at Hawaii Flower Lei have both called and messaged me and confirmed that they will ship a new lei to ensure that it is fresh for my daughter's graduation.  They are even adding a bow with her school colors!  Thank you both so much! Thank you Hawaii Flower Lei for the beautiful haku lei and most importantly for delivering it on time and in the best condition ever! My bestfriend was graduating college in Florida and I couldnt make it. but i really wanted to send her something from the islands. I searched high and low, and read all reviews of lei companies that ship out to other states. Hawaii Flower Lei won and so I gave it a try. I'm so glad that I picked this company. My bestfiend loved it! Not only her but her family and as well as everyone who was passing her by at graduation. I got it delivered the day before her graduation. My wonderful friend wanted me to be greeted in Hawaii with a lei as I exited the plane. Virgin America overbooked which made my flight info change 3 times! Very happy with this company! Seamless transaction and very informative info on their website. I took my chance and had a tuberose lei (along with a safer orchid back up) sent to the East Coast for a memorial service. I really wanted the tuberose for the amazing scent.  They made sure to give me many warnings this is a delicate flower and not recommended for shipping past the West Coast. I totally understood but just decided to chance it anyways (I said if it arrives brown and wilty than it was my fault cause I went against recommendations). So I held my breath and was so happy to see a photo sent to me of the lei in PERFECT condition! They really must use the freshest flowers and pack it so well--I was pleasantly surprised it held up well in such a long transit. Also arrived timely as promised. I am beyond thrilled and so impressed! They shipped me 2 orchid leis overnight for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and they were PERFECTION! Not the best but not the worst. The flowers are pretty and the colors are accurate. However, they are starting to wilt and the petals are falling off. I'm a little confused about the shipping that was "overnight" when in reality it was two day shipping. I think this probably attributes to the flower condition. I ordered my bridal bouquet and ti-leaf leis for my groom and groomsmen for my wedding in July, and everything came out beautifully! I requested to have silver dollar eucalyptus in my bouquet to match my reception décor, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
