What’s your signature dish?
I love all of my dishes equally, but from a selfish standpoint--anything with diver scallops.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create a bespoke menu together, in tandem. It is a conversation not a proposal. I ask the clients about their favorite vacations, restaurants, and regions and then build a rough draft menu from those insights.
What do you love most about your job?
Traveling to interesting places. Meeting interesting people. And gathering them all around a table filled with more than just food, but joy and revelry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Restaurant interactions are transitionary and theatre. I wanted to do something interactive and honest.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've cooked in corn fields, on NYC streets, on NYC rooftops, in the woods, IN the Delaware River, in houses, and on a Bunsen burner. If you have the imagination, I can execute.

Full service wedding culinary programs including tables, chairs, tableware, bar, bartender, servers, staff, food, and clean-up.
Private Chef
Full restaurant experience in your home or rental. Everything is included except glassware and alcohol.
