Happy Tails Holistic Veterinary Care

I highly recommend Happy Tails Holistic Veterinary Care. Both of my small dogs hurt their necks within one week of each other from two totally separate events. My first dog received laser and acupuncture and was acting like a puppy after his first treatment. My second dog had a slipped disk in her neck. After rushing her to the emergency vet and losing the use of all four of her legs, I was told that she needed a MRI and emergency surgery. The neuro vet said that I could just try medication, but the circumstances did not look good. My dog started on her steroids and began a very slow recovery. . After one week, I took my dog to Dr Julia for laser and acupuncture. My dog started running in my yard after a couple of days. I had to hold her back from re injuring herself. At the follow up appointment with the neuro doctor he was almost in disbelief of my dogs quick recovery. Thank you Dr Julia for taking care of my sweet doggies! More...

I brought my sweet 12 year old kitty, Henry, in on Monday for some ongoing problems he's been having. Dr. Julia and Ava were amazing from when we first walked in the door! I felt fully confident in the level of care my kitty was getting. While it was very clear they both care tremendously for animals, what I appreciated the most was how knowledgeable they were about the science of their profession. I had been in a holding pattern with my regular vet for about a month and was watching my cat waste away before my eyes so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Julia out of desperation. She immediately recognized the severity of Henry's situation and acted quickly to diagnose. When she wasn't able to put her finger on what was going on, she referred us to an internal medicine specialist. We are definitely not out of the woods, in fact, we're so deep in the woods I am a nervous wreck, but I can rest easy knowing that I am giving my sweet boy every opportunity to figure out what is going on and fight. Can't recommend enough! I will be switching over from my other vet and taking my fur babies to Dr. Julia from now on. More...

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Julia and the Happy Tails team highly enough. They are thoughtful, kind, and well informed regarding their work. My two senior pups have never been healthier and are living their senior years to the fullest under the care of Dr. Julia, including laser therapy treatments, acupuncture, and Chinese herbs. 10/10, would absolutely recommend. Dr. Julia has become our vet not too long ago, but I have already been really impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and compassion (not only for animals, but people as well)! I have a pretty sick 12 y/o GSD/mix rescue and Dr. Julia has been treating him with acupuncture, Chinese herbs, vitamin injections, and adjustments. I am very happy to report that he is doing great – eating like a champ, going for walks, even wanting to play with a ball! I truly believe that Dr. Julia’s treatments are contributing to such significant improvement! Dr. Julia is very detailed and thorough, and I like that :) She has been very understanding and patient with us as well!! If someone is looking for a great veterinarian, Dr. Julia is the one!
