My cats are 11 and 9 years old, and I'd never requested a cat sitter before. I was super nervous about leaving my babies in the care of a stranger while I was on a 3-week road trip. Jeanette's website looked inviting and trusting, and she seemed to have a lot of experience taking care of pets. I called her and texted her, hoping to hear back. She contacted me right away and we met soon after. She was very personable and professional. I immediately liked her and set up a visiting schedule. While I was on my trip, she texted me pics of my kitties every time she visited. She played with them, cleaned their litter, and brushed them. Even though I missed them so much, I felt a little better knowing they were in such good hands. After I returned, Jeanette sent me a thank you card with pictures of both of my cats that I have posted in my classroom. Jeanette and the Happy Paws Team were amazing. They fit us in on short notice and took such good care of our Golden. He was very well taken care of and loved while we were out of town.
