HANA PARTY

I am very thankful for Olivia and her team in helping me with my daughter's first birthday. As a first time mom, I was lost as to what I should do for her dohl table. I knew I wanted something a bit modern, but simple and incorporate Korean tradition as well. Olivia went above and beyond to help me and was available to answer my questions throughout the entire process. I really loved her recommendations and how she incorporated a hint of Korean tradition (the table runners) into the decorations. Everything came out so well and everyone loved the table. I'm very pleased with Hana Party. Olivia was friendly, accessible, and very accommodating. She provided everything and even made sure to direct the cadence of the party so that everything ran smoothly. I don't have a lot of time so it was nice to be able to give her minimal details and have her run with it. Everything came out beautifully and we received many compliments on the set up. She even printed photos for us for display. Price was also reasonable. I would use her again in a heartbeat. She's very trustworthy and her staff was on time and did a great job. This was my second time working with Olivia of Hana Party and I was once again very pleased working with her. I gave her an idea of the theme that I liked for my sisters baby shower and she did a fantastic job executing it and bringing her own touch to it. What I love about Olivia is she is super responsive via text which is really helpful. She really puts her heart into the job before, during, and even after. Not only does she do a fabulous job with the decor, her coordination throughout the event is amazing as she ensures the event is running on track. Had such good experience with Hana party! The decoration was so cute and the cake Hana party helped ordered was delicious! They have the cutest plates for desserts too. I just can't express how beautiful everything turned out! HANAPARTY seriously outdid themselves.... I loved EVERYTHING and received such good compliments of how everything turned out! Olivia was wonderful to work with. Everyone loved the beautiful dessert table at my baby shower. I combined elements of the different designs online I liked to customize my own photo-op, from the background, table, displays and flower options. I would also recommend having her doing the centerpieces for one set price that covers any amount of tables. Great event! There was a great deal of thought that went into planning!  I liked the selection and elegance of her style!  It was a bit costly for what we got- I would have anticipated linens and centerpieces for the cost, but it was lovely! She's a friendly kind lady!

I was looking for center pieces and dessert table decorations for my baby shower. My husband and I can be fairly picky about those things. When I saw Olivia's work on yelp, I contacted her and we went to meet with her. She showed us more pics and gave us options. The day of the event, she and her team were there on time and had decorated the ballroom beautifully. We absolutely loved it. I worked closely with Olivia to plan my daughters first birthday party and working with her from start to finish was a pleasure. She was just as detail oriented as me and committed to sticking with the theme. She came up with fun ideas to incorporate into the party as well that I didn't think of myself. She worked in a partnership with me to ensure I was going to get what I envisioned.  I even hired her to be the day of coordinator since the event was so large and this was the best decision I made- she is an excellent coordinator because she kept the event on track and made sure things ran smoothly and because of this I was truly able to enjoy my daughters birthday because I knew I was in good hands with Olivia. She kept with the theme I wanted and her decorations were super elegant and exactly what I envisioned and more.  I cannot praise her enough!! She was very responsive throughout the entire planning process via text as well which was super helpful to me. I'm so glad I decided to hire Olivia for our twin's first birthday party! I'm a perfectionist and of course I worried about everything, but she really did an awesome job. ... I should have trusted her all along. She was prompt with communication and she was on top of everything. I always felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely say it was a splurge and I don't see us doing this for our girls every year, but I would hire her again for another special event or birthday. My daughter had her 1st Birthday (Korean Dohl) and It couldn't have been more perfect!! Olivia has everything set up easily so you can choose and book online! No unnecessary "in person" meetings and she responds to texts super quickly. When I spoke with Olivia over the phone, she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me very clearly- this is my first baby and I had never even been to a dohl. She didn't pressure me or make me feel like i had to choose something I didn't want. The day of the party, she was there hours earlier to set up and omg, it was BEAUTIFUL. Even her fake food/dessert displays looked real!! The decorations and cute table decor really set the tone and i had multiple moms at the party asked me which event planner I went with. For the doljabi, she had TONS of different options for us to choose from and even set up a raffle table for us. Everything i didn't think of, Olivia did!! (For example, i completely forgot about centerpieces for the guest tables but she already had them set up when i got there.) I am so glad she was there with us for the party because she was honestly the best coordinator, making sure each table got their rice cakes and desserts without me having to worry. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Olivia for creating an amazing dessert table and backdrop for my sister's baby shower!  I live on the east coast and the thought of planning a baby shower in Cali daunted me.  Then I found Olivia online and I really loved the work that she did for other clients.  She saved me so much time and stress by not only designing the back drop and dessert table but also ordering the cake, desserts, etc. all to my liking.  She went so far as to asking what shade of baby blue I wanted on the cake.  On the day of the event, she arrived on time and had a wonderful attitude.  She was even kind enough to bring extra cake stands for a separate donuts station that we created.  All in all, I had a great experience working with Olivia and she did an amazing job!  I would recommend her to anyone who wants a fabulous party! We used Hana Party for our daughter's first birthday party and I must say, they are the experts at planning these type of events. Based on your budget, they will create a beautiful setup for you and what you are looking for. We worked with Olivia for an event and she was on top of everything, communicated promptly, and liaised with the vendors without conflict or confusion. I'm honestly not a creative, DIY kind of mom, so when it came to planning my baby girl's first birthday party I needed all the help I could get. I wanted the right touch of modern and traditional Korean elements, and Hana Party had the right one for me! Olivia took care of everything -- the centerpieces, head table, photo table and dessert table -- and alsooo had the dohljabi items and a hanbok for baby to borrow. She even had a pretty high chair for my daughter to use when she ate her cake! Pretty much the best all inclusive package I could've asked for. We made the best decision going with Hana Party to help us decorate our second child's first birthday party!! Everything came out so so beautiful beyond my expectation and so many of our guests were so impressed with the decorations! ! Olivia is so kind, patient, professional, organized and creative!! Olivia helped make my dream baby shower come true! I had a specific vision in mind for a greenery-themed shower with lots of gold and white accents. She went above and beyond and did it with a smile! She is very professional and even showed up after hours on two separate occasions at her office in order to accommodate my work schedule! She is extremely professional and everyone at my shower fell in love with her work! She truly is a gem! Olivia and Linda decorated the restaurant venue for my son's baptism. And hiring them is one of the best decisions I have ever made. They are angels sent from heaven. Olivia is the owner. Hana Party is amazing! I contemplated over hiring a party planner for my son's 1st birthday (dohl) but I couldn't have been happier with their service from start to finish. Olivia made it so convenient and stress-free in planning this over-rated extravagant party. Olivia and her team is very punctual and in fact was early to arrive to the venue to set up. She is very detail-oriented and super easy to work with. Unfortunately I can't say the same about myself. I know I can be picky and indecisive but she was understanding and met all my needs without hesitation or frustration. We had issues with the color of the custom made backdrop and she immediately went out of her way to order a new one for me last minute to make sure everything was as we had discussed. But I found myself wanting something xtra special for my daughter’s Sweet 16th. I looked in to Olivia’s Hana Party and fell immediately in love with the services she offered and genuine kindness she brought in to her business...you don’t fine a lot of that these days. She was patient during the whole process from planning to execution. Even when we had to change our date couple of weeks earlier than planned, a sure nightmare for any party planner, she delivered her promise and made it work! They arrived on time to prep, set up and break down and were efficient and professional. Olivia had more than enough variety of decor and props to suit any taste, but my daughter chose to go with the natural greens and pastels. I can only say that it brought tears to my eyes and to my 16 year old when we saw her display of creativity and precision all throughout her work-at the entrance main table, outdoor dessert table, as well as the eating tables. We couldn’t be happier with the services we received from Olivia and her staff. Hana party is AWESOME!! I have used several other party decoration vendors for my two children's parties in the past and little picky for decorations, to be honest. Olivia was so sweet and had great sense! I was preparing my father-in-law's 70's birthday party at one of the hotel in K-town, and Olivia was so helpful getting ready for fabulous party. She texted and called me to get to know my ideas and helped me through the party. Decoration was so beautiful, and rice cake and 2 tier cake that I order along with decorations were so tasty.
