Drew is the best trainer I have ever had. Since August of 2023 he has come to my house 2 times each week for 30 minute workouts. I am a very busy person who works from home & having him come here for those 2 sessions has had tremendous benefits for me. We are not repeating the same workouts continuously. Each time it's a different routine which makes it so much better than the trainers I have had in the past. He's always coming with new equipment & we do such a variety of different exercises. I hired Drew in Jan of 2024 to strengthen and bulk up my husband as part of his post-stroke recovery. My husband and I were road cyclists and skiers prior to this stroke 6 month ago. Our goal is to get back to our pre-stroke lifestyle, but we weren’t sure how hard/fast we could push my husband’s recovery without injuring him. All equipment is sanitized before and after use. GymExpress provides outdoor training - weather permitting. GymExpress practices social distancing when applicable. Protective N95 or similar facial masks may be worn.
