For those skeptical about remote Reiki sessions...they really work! I was having a really rough week and in need of some balance but was not able to meet in person. I tried a remote session for the first time and felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. The same stubborn painful spot on the back of my head where I hold all my tension felt miles better afterward.
